I’m Jani White, a voice and visibility coach with decades of experience guiding ambitious women of faith to speak with confidence, lead with conviction, and show up fully in the spaces that matter most. For over 30 years, I taught, mentored, and built programs in higher education that helped thousands find their voice. Today, I bring that same passion and strategy to the women I serve—those who are ready to rise, be seen, and create impact through their presence and their power. What makes my work unique is the way I combine deep inner work with real-world strategy. I help women return to themselves—so they can speak up, ask for more, and lead in ways that feel authentic, sacred, and strong. I care deeply about legacy, and I'm especially passionate about working with women who have held space for others and are now ready to hold space for themselves. Many of my clients are navigating transition. Some are stepping out publicly for the first time. Others are already successful, but know it's time to be seen differently.
